"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Hi carl! what amazing paintings you have there! when did you start oil painting seriously apart from drawing in young ages.Another thing Do use acrylics? or you do not prefer them
Hiya, I've dabbled briefly with acrylics over the last couple of years but as soon as i started in oils last year i don't think i'll ever use acrylics again. I have only really painted the two portrait studies here in my DA gallery using oils, i'm very much a novice really but i have my own graphic design business and it keeps me occupied pretty much 7 days a week, so i don't get a lot of spare time to practice.
I'm trying to change that though, i have a deep desire to paint and i have to find the time from somewhere !!
